Sumario:The research “Teaching Training in Intercultural Competences at Technologies, Human Sciences and Education College,” revalues and reaffirms identity from the context in order to allow a holistic development with a critical approach. According to some authors, it is a pedagogical, didactic and intercultural tool to solve a problem due to a lack of intercultural competence awareness, which is demonstrated by a little understanding of cultural diversity; it has been underestimated in the teaching training field. For validating the main objective of this research, it was necessary to support theoretically and determine the components of a “Curricular guidelines proposal for teaching training in Intercultural competences at Technologies, Human Sciences and Education College." The theoretical framework contemplates the essential and relevant information about intercultural competences for training future teachers in Initial Education Major. Methodologically, it is a mixed approach research since it adopted quantitative and qualitative techniques and instruments for the investigative process development. The aim was to potentiate the understanding and interpretation of the target problem under Intercultural competences awareness. Discussing the type of research, it was basic, propositional, bibliographic, documentary and in situ, and transversal. The population consisted of 40 students who studied at Early Childhood, and Initial Education Majors. To obtain the information, the following techniques were used such as Document review, In-depth interview, Survey with their respective Instruments (Document review matrix, In-depth interview script, Questionnaire). All of them allowed finding the relationship between variables, the employment of indicators and the validation of experts for triangulating the information. The research results showed an evaluation range of Very Satisfactory. Consequently, the proposal will allow strengthening, encouraging and developing in students their Intercultural competences, skills, socio-cultural capacities and transcending as a human being.
