| Sumario: | This project consists by setting at the disposition of the public a place of recreation where people have the opportunity to enjoy a 100% natural environment with family and friends, which will provide all the comfort they need just to spend funny, relaxing and pleasant moments in a private touristic complex with access to the sea. Many families like to travel on holidays and mostly visit the coast side of our country, and as consequence of the provincialization of Salinas (which beach was the most visited) we could see that a big part of residents of the Guayas Province chose to visit Playas Villamil in the latest holidays. This is the reason why our project will be set on these beaches. This complex will count with all the comfort that families could need to rest, relax and enjoy our nature, and we are organized with specialized group of people offering the best services. Our project will mainly focus on middle-high class families of the Guayas Province, starting with a study in Guayaquil city, and will count with a MARR of 13,28%, a NPV of $446.550,67 and a IRR of 18,50%. It will be located on El Arenal beach in Playas Villamil. |
