Sumario:ABSTRACT: The purpose of the research based on the constructivist foundations of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Quizizz, facilitates the learning of Biology, because it provides methodological elements for the construction of meaningful student learning; From this perspective, there are theoretical references that contribute to the experimental learning process. The problem was weak application of PBL and Quizziz in the Biology learning process. The objective is to apply the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method by integrating the Quizizz resource for learning Biology with first-year high school students. The theory that supports the research is Piaget's constructivist theory, because it guides teachers to base the pedagogical process different from the traditional one. In addition, it is made up of the investigative background, the legal and theoretical foundation, within the latter we have such as learning, learning methodology, PBL method, Quizizz technological resource, among others. The applied methodology is qualitative in approach; basic and non-experimental correlational design; bibliographical and field type; descriptive, exploratory and causal explanatory. The population is made up of 14 first-year high school students from the Huanca Pallaguchi Educational Unit. The results of implementing the teaching guide have been favorable with 68%, for the learning of Biology, the investigative process allowed us to reach the conclusion that the students developed skills and abilities through the use of teaching methodologies such as PBL and Quizizz. and finally, it is recommended to use PBL and Quizizz within the planning of Biology and other subjects as an active learning methodology in the Huanca Pallaguchi Educational Unit.
