| Sumario: | The objective of the research is to determine the extent towhich the implementation of the entrepreneurship and microenterprise creation program develops academic competitiveness in the education sector in the district of Ate -Lima, during 2019. It is an applied research, the design of the research is experimental, quasi-experimental level, with a quantitative and cross-sectional approach. The population is 1409 individuals from the district of Ate, the sample is non-probabilistic consisting of 128 individuals. The technique used is the survey and the instrument is the questionnaire. The aim is to obtain results from the application of the entrepreneurship program and the creation of microenterprises that significantly influence business competitiveness in the educational environment in Ate, Lima. The results of the first phase of the Implementation of the Entrepreneurship Program and the creation of microenterprises, in the entrepreneurial intention dimension, concludes that: 100% of the respondents show a positive attitude toward entrepreneurship among the residents of Ate, considering the opinion of family and friends regarding the creation of companies; appreciating the desire for behavioral control in the creation of the company, and the decision to create their own company |
