Sumario:In Ecuador, tourism activity is currently taking a different direction, due to the fact that it has been developing and strengthening over time, this has been thanks to Ecuador being a country in which there are many places to be visited, in same that many activities will be developed and destinations are exploited based on their natural and cultural wealth. Inside the tourist plant are the lodging establishments, in which there is a categorization to classify them according to the Ministry of tourism. Hotels are mostly present in tourism, the same ones that welcome tourists not only for leisure reasons but also tourists who come for business, health, beauty, etc. The city of Latacunga is visited by tourists who have different reasons for traveling. The hotels in this city are prepared to receive the guest and provide a service to satisfy their need. The research work will analyze the realization of a marketing plan for the hotel Joshed imperial of the city of Latacunga, analyzing the current citation of the establishment and raising priority strategies to solve important flaws, based on the guide of good practices for PMBOK project management version six.
