Sumario:The administrative management is the fundamental basis of all businesses, it is responsible for its success or failure, this research thesis is focused on the National Telecommunications Corporation, it encompasses all matters relating to the marketing strategy used in the company to reach its customers, in each of the chapters different connotations of the problem are made in order to make known the reasons why it is investigated. The central problem of the thesis lies in the inadequate administrative management in the commercial and service of the National Telecommunications Corporation, in each of its phases it is achieved define the critical problems presented in its procedures and / or marketing system. Methods that defined the operational capacity of the company internal and external situations were used in the research process. The analysis of the current situation claims to have no relationship with customers, what is determined by the information obtained during the study process. In the results of surveys of the public about the services that the company offers its clients, it was determined that the administrative management in the commercial and service presents flaw in the process of marketing their products; thus the users expressed it, they are not satisfied with the service provided by the entity, thus the results affirm it statistically.
