| Sumario: | The administrative management is the foundation of all the organizations it depends the success or failure. This research focuses on the problem of administrative management and its impact on the commercial area of the company MAQGRO. In chapters presented in the thesis different connotations of the problems which an inadequate budget management is evident as it affects the power of innovation and improvement of machinery for the manufacture of its products they are made, and weak diffusion of distribution channels. In the process of research methods defined administrative evidence that an inadequate operational management because there are diagrams of empirical processes hindering the efficient quality control is used.
