| Sumario: | The purpose of this article is to sensitize teachers about the importance of theoretical knowledge of emotions and pedagogy to work it in the classroom, with the intention of accompanying them in the return to face-to-face classes after the pandemic caused by COVID-19. With this, it is expected to favor learning environments that allow the construction of harmonious coexistence scenarios in the classrooms. The research was carried out under a qualitative methodology. Based on the analysis of the normative and official documents, and the work materials issued by the Secretary of Public Education (SEP) that frame the importance of implementing a pedagogy of emotions, the categories of analysis were identified and described. On this basis, an intervention proposal was designed, as a practical guide with didactic techniques for teachers to make use of them in the containment and release of students' emotions upon return to classrooms in the 2021-2022 school year. After reviewing, analyzing and interpreting the research information, we conclude that the development of social-emotional skills in the classroom is of utmost importance for better school achievement. |
