| Sumario: | The demeanor of the trade balance is a fundamental element in the economic, financial and social decisions of the countries; therefore, it is necessary to take into consideration its behavior. This is why the present study shows the results obtained in the trade balance of Ecuador, with the purpose of identifying the demeanor of the trade balance in the country in the last five years, and identify the percentage of participation of the trade balance in Ecuador’s gross domestic product. |
