By improving our body free of discomfort, we will also have psychological rewards since we will feel good about ourselves, our body will become lighter, we will have more energy, we will perform better in college, its side effects will benefit us in the vast majority, however research shows us that for For that to happen, we lack great changes in discipline and perseverance in an average student.

La siguiente investigación realizada a los estudiantes de la ESPE de primer y segundo grado muestra que los malos hábitos alimenticios y muy poco ejercicio físico no son porque no somos conscientes de esto, sino por el simple hecho de que no tenemos buenos hábitos, si practicaramos buenos hábitos nuestro cuerpo nos recompensará. Los buenos hábitos se generan en ser mejor cada día es decir si se quiere tener una vida plena sin ninguna molestia o malestar por algún síntoma nosotros debemos cuidar nuestro cuerpo, en esta investigación veremos una serie de recomendaciones que ayudará a evitar esos posibles problemas y que mejor cura que es la prevención, a base de ejercicios una buena alimentación y meditación con resultados comprobados.
