| Sumario: | This article analyses the principal amendments to the Working Code made by the Law of Labor Justice, and Recognition of the Work at Home. This law also modified the Law of General Social Security, the Organic Law of Public Service, and the Organic Law of Public Companies. This study will evaluate the accomplishment of the objectives of the reform, one year later of its publication. In addition, the context where this article is located is the economic slowdown, the extraordinary regulation of working day, unemployment insurance, and the new amendments of the Working Code, the Organic Law of Public Service, Law of General Social Security, and the Law of the Bank of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security. |
