Sumario:This legal research thesis entitled "The maintenance of the subsidiary required and violation of constitutional rights," takes an objective and critical of the various problem situations that occur around the provision of food required by the subsidiary analysis legal regulations that may affect your rights to leave to the discretion of the judge who gave the judgment in view of its economic capacity and provided they are not disabled. They formulated the objectives of the investigation, allowed to develop doctrinal, comparative law and legislative foundation. The hypothesis, meanwhile, routed by the literature and field research. Data and information that made possible the testing of the hypothesis, which says:..
