Sumario:Cooperative "Future Lamanense" Canton La Mana is a financial institution approved legal constitution the March 3, 1998 according to the ministerial decree N °. 0152 and registered at the General Registry of Cooperatives (Ministry of Social Inclusion MIES) with the order number N °. 006,084 and credit union "Lamanense Future" to offer financial products and services to the community of Canton and its surrounding areas. This research is part of the study of the administrative and financial management and its impact on the credit ratings of the credit union "Lamanense Future", with the first to analyze the percentage change in the appropriations against their destination, amounts, volume of nonperforming loans, among others. To comply with the objectives of this study was supported by the use of techniques such as interview and survey, where relevant information provided by the directors of the cooperative, members and employees was obtained. Finally, to meet the performance achieved by the institution, the amounts are awarded in two periods in order to determine which credits increased demand has analyzed monthly, the months with higher placement and the level of arrears. The behavior of credit operations was determined that the credits increased demand during 2013 were the consumer, with a total placement of $ 2,200,194.98; while in 2014 were microloans worth $ 2,874,110.00.
