| Sumario: | This research work was conducted in the Future Cooperative Lamanense, the institution's main activity is providing financial services: savings and consumer loans, housing, microcredit and non-financial services with the network facilitated and servipagos. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the administrative and financial situation of the credit union (COAC) Future Lamanense and its impact on the profitability of the cooperative, its evolution and the benefits it represents for its members, answering the question: What is the impact of administrative and financial management on the profitability of the Cooperative Savings and Credit Lamanense Future Region La Maná? Importantly, the financial institution has weakness in the administration, a situation which contributes to the risk that losses may be incurred rather than the expected growth levels are achieved increases. It was hypothesized as the weak administrative and financial management which adversely affects the level of profitability of the Cooperative Savings and Credit Lamanense Future Canton La Maná, in order to demonstrate the above variables. Based on the issues already raised by analyzing administrative management in the future COAC Lamanense will expose the weaknesses that exist, therefore an internal control manual was designed to make the administrative follow - financial, that will correct the deficiencies may exist, tending to the continuous improvement of the same. |
