Resumo:This article analyzes how human error is addressed in rail accidents in Argentina. Research and information around this problem are scarce. From the analysis of two railway accidents occurred in 2011 and 2012 it is shown that mistakes are not only front line workers. Management style and managers carry great responsibilities from the point of view of the management of the organization. The multiplicity of weak links of the metropolitan rail system made possible the succession of these accidents.
