Sumario:In this degree work, an analysis will be made based on the background of the banking market, everything related to those variables that affect the market of banks and their characteristics, in order to know their users and the challenges they face today, understanding both consumer preferences and market needs. The main objective of this project was based specifically on knowing the feasibility of the Móvil Bank project for the creation of a business idea based on the low levels of banking penetration for most of the populations located from the peripheries to large cities nationwide, but for academic reasons an analysis will be made in the municipalities of La Ceja, Marinilla, El Carmen de Viboral, Rionegro and Guarne; For this purpose, a market study was carried out, which would be the guide to analyze all the factors involved in the feasibility of this project, including the technical, legal and financial feasibility in five years, resulting in the pre-feasibility of the project as an innovative idea. When studying the feasibility of the digitalization of banking correspondents, it is possible to envision and propose a business idea that will help to achieve that many people in Colombia have access to financial services, understanding the current scenario and the needs and preferences of an increasingly competitive market as it is in banking, understanding Móvil Bank as a competitive advantage that achieves social inclusion, the increase of new customers, the decrease of poverty conditions and the adaptation to health crises such as COVID-19.
