Sumario:Knowledge management is one of the main strategies for improving competitiveness used in current environments, which are characterized by their dynamism and turbulence. For their part, companies in the financial sector face great challenges in their environment. In this sense, the objective of this work is to describe the knowledge management practices in the company Financiando BQ S.A.S. For this, a single case study is carried out. The main results demonstrate the natural and spontaneous execution, without formal policies, of the learning practices in the organization, strong support in technologies and the company's consideration of relational capital as the most influential element of intellectual capital for the generation of innovation. . It is concluded that, despite the lack of formality in policies on knowledge management, the company Financiando BQ S.A.S carries out rigorous organizational learning practices.
