| Sumario: | The development of fast food international franchises has grown in Barranquilla, as it has achieved the consolidation of a profitable business for entrepreneurs. However, there is still no significant research on this topic. This research aims to analyze the different structural and functional aspects in each of the franchises. This project entails a descriptive, experimental and transversal character. The obtained results demonstrate the design of a functional structure suitable for these restaurants. |
