Sumario:In Comuna 13 in Medellin more and more women and girls victims of sexual violence ranging from sustaining forced sex to sexual innuendos, causing their fundamental rights are violated, therefore, this paper aims to portray the victim status of women in crimes of sexual violence in this area of the city in the last decade, in turn they will indicate what the circumstances by which people living in this community have committed crimes are sexual violence against women and girls in this area, also identifying the consequences that such a problem has brought to the victims and the Comuna 13. To address these approaches through a quantitative method of information was collected for the bibliographic system we facilitated the analysis of such collected information enabling meet the proposed objectives, with the results of this investigation that victims of sexual violence that occurred in the Comuna 13 in the last decade are victims of the so-called Invisible violence, as the complaints about these events never take place, staying not only in absolute silence by the sufferer but a perennial impunity to who performs it.
