Descripción
Sumario:In this research work, the design of a proposal based on didactic play is developed that contributes to the strengthening of emotional intelligence and the management of aggressive behaviors in elementary school students of the San Martín School, headquarters of the Simón Bolívar Integrated School, located in Cúcuta - Colombia. The research is methodologically posed in a deductive rationalist approach, under the qualitative-quantitative paradigm (Mixed) and the deductive logical reasoning method, through a field and documentary design. The data collection techniques are the content analysis and the sample survey, through instruments such as the analysis matrix and the structured questionnaire applied to the (28) students of grade 203. The results obtained reflect that the Educational Project Institutional (PEI) has operational weaknesses to promote the Culture of Peace and the Coexistence Manual lacks procedural actions for the mediation of cases with aggressive behaviors, The institution does not have the programmatic content of the Constitution and Chair of Peace subject, as the students state that it is not promoted. It is concluded that the cases of students with aggressive behaviors, have originated in the other students demotivation, disrespect and little disposition for teamwork, however they feel with a good disposition to carry out recreational activities, which supports the proposal developed.
