Igualmente, aborda los procesos de constitución de las identidades docentes. A raíz de lo anterior, surgen las siguientes interrogantes: ¿Qué factores intervienen, se entrecruzan y yuxtaponen en la conformación de las identidades profesionales de los docentes noveles de AV?, ¿Cuáles son las inquietudes y dificultades que emergen en los primeros años de ejercicio profesional? y ¿Qué aspectos de la formación inicial facilitan o se requieren para que esta fase inicial sea más o menos compleja? Para dar respuesta a estas interrogantes, he optado por el enfoque biográfico narrativo y los métodos biográficos, visuales y etnográficos de investigación. Específicamente de ellos, he empleado el diario autobiográfico, los biogramas, la entrevista en profundidad, las imágenes, la photo-elicitation y las notas de campo. Para el análisis de las evidencias obtenidas, he utilizado algunas de las estrategias que plantea la teoría fundamentada, como es la categorización abierta, axial y el método de comparación constante. En síntesis, entre los principales factores que intervienen en la conformación de las identidades profesionales de los docentes noveles de AV están, las características de su entorno familiar; los referentes identitarios que, en su mayoría, emergen de los entornos familiares y escolares; las experiencias biográficas y escolares significativas, que han marcado en cierto sentido su ser y hacer docente. De igual modo, interviene en esta constitución, las características de su entorno escolar previo; y, el entorno social, político e histórico, en que sus trayectorias biográficas y escolares se fueron forjando. Por otra parte, la mirada que sostienen hacia la formación inicial es bastante favorable, pero de igual modo, entregan significativos aportes de aspectos y mejoras que se deben establecer en estos procesos. Entre las mayores dificultades que emergen, en los inicios de la profesión docente está, la falta de acogida y apertura que evidencia la comunidad docente a la cual se integran; igualmente, las características adversas, que presenta el contexto de origen de los estudiantes y el entorno escolar en que están inmersos, ambos aspectos dificultan su práctica pedagógica y la incorporación de nuevas estrategias en el aula escolar.

Likewise, it deals with the processes of constitution of teaching identities. As a result of the above, the following questions arise: What factors intervene, intersect and juxtapose in the conformation of the professional identities of the new AV teachers ?, What are the concerns and difficulties that emerge in the first years of exercise professional? and What aspects of initial training facilitate or require for this initial phase to be more or less complex? To answer these questions, I have opted for the narrative biographical approach and biographical, visual and ethnographic research methods. Specifically of them, I have used the autobiographical diary, the biographies, the in-depth interview, the images, the photo-elicitation and the field notes. For the analysis of the obtained evidences, I have used some of the strategies that the grounded theory raises, such as the open, axial categorization and the constant comparison method. In summary, among the main factors that intervene in the conformation of the professional identities of the new AV teachers are the characteristics of their family environment; the identity referents that, for the most part, emerge from family and school environments; the significant biographical and scholastic experiences, that have marked in a certain sense their being and doing teaching. In the same way, the characteristics of their previous school environment intervene in this constitution; and, the social, political and historical environment, in which their biographical and scholastic trajectories were forged. On the other hand, the look they have towards the initial formation is quite favorable, but in the same way, they deliver significant contributions of aspects and improvements that must be established in these processes. Among the greatest difficulties that emerge, at the beginning of the teaching profession is the lack of reception and openness that the teaching community to which they are part is evident. Likewise, the adverse characteristics, which presents the context of origin of the students and the school environment in which they are immersed.
