| Resumo: | This study originates from the observation that, unlike the case of verbal complements, which have been traditionally classified and catalogued in depth, Spanish grammatical studies have not established a rigorous classification for the great variety of complements that can be found within the nominal syntagma. The thesis presents a classification proposal based on the functionalist model of André Martinet, which is then applied to a sample of journalistic texts, in order to verify it and point out the most frequent types of specific functions. |
