A bibliographical search was carried out in the Scielo database. Initially, thirty articles were found. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 studies were selected to compose the analysis corpus. The results revealed that bullying is understood as a way of designating aggressive behaviors practiced by the aggressor, in which there are suffering and anguish among the victims. Those involved are the victim, the aggressor and the witness. The aggressor is involved in fights, dissatisfied with life, has difficulties in relationships with parents. In addition to being aggressive, angry, has low self-control and low pleasantness. The impacts on the lives of those involved are countless, and much of the violence experienced in childhood or adolescence can be perpetuated, with cases of bullying at work. It is essential to identify bullying practices early, to avoid creating a hostile environment at school and even prevent the practice of crimes and use of drug. Furthermore, it is understood that it is essential that new research and studies be carried out to expand knowledge on this topic.

Este artículo tuvo como objetivo identificar, con base en la literatura científica, quién es el perpetrador del acoso escolar, quién asume el papel de agresor en este proceso. Para ello se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en la base de datos Scielo. Inicialmente se encontraron treinta artículos. Luego de aplicar los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se seleccionaron 10 estudios para componer el corpus de análisis. Los resultados revelaron que el acoso escolar se entiende como una forma de designar conductas agresivas practicadas por el agresor, en las que hay sufrimiento y angustia entre las víctimas. Los involucrados son la víctima, el agresor y el testigo. El agresor está involucrado en peleas, insatisfecho con la vida, tiene dificultades en las relaciones con los padres, además de ser agresivo, enojado, tiene bajo autocontrol y poca simpatía. Los impactos en la vida de los involucrados son grandes, hasta el punto de que la violencia vivida en la infancia o la adolescencia puede perpetuarse, con casos de acoso laboral. Es necesario identificar tempranamente las prácticas de acoso escolar, para evitar la creación de un ambiente hostil en la escuela e incluso prevenir la práctica de delitos y el consumo de drogas. Además, se entiende que es fundamental que se realicen nuevas investigaciones y estudios que amplíen el conocimiento sobre este tema.A temática da violência no âmbito escolar é identificada pelo fenômeno do bullying, que envolve crianças e adolescentes. O presente artigo teve por objetivo identificar, a partir da literatura científica, quem é o autor do bullying, que assume o papel de agressor neste processo. Para tanto, uma pesquisa bibliográfica foi realizada na base de dados Scielo. Foram encontrados trinta artigos inicialmente. Aplicados os critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram selecionados 10 estudos para compor o corpus de análise. Os resultados revelaram que bullying é entendido como forma de designar comportamentos agressivos praticados pelo agressor, em que haja sofrimento e angústia entre as vítimas. Os envolvidos são a vítima, o agressor e a testemunha. O agressor é envolvido em brigas, insatisfeito com a vida, com dificuldades de relacionamento com pais, além de ser agressivo, apresentar raiva, ter baixo autocontrole e baixa agradabilidade. Os impactos na vida dos envolvidos são grandes, tanto que a violência vivenciada na infância ou na adolescência pode se perpetuar, com casos de assédio moral no trabalho. Há a necessidade de se identificar precocemente a prática de bullying, para evitar a criação de ambiente hostil na escola e prevenir até a prática de crimes e uso de drogas.
