Sumario:Understand the concepts of interactivity in their levels and uses, as well as how it has been used by many authors is the mainspring of this article. Besides the exchange of information, interactivity provides interacting, people involved in the communication process, a new possibility: the output of your comfort zone, or just the receiving of content, opening the door to the production process. So-called receptors, through interactivity, leave their passive role in the production and consumption of information, by also producing. The different levels of interactivity, of greater or lesser degree, depending on the type of action will be reviewed here in its area of application, whether on the internet or digital TV. Through a literature review, we seek to set this interactivity in communication scenario.
