The new instruments can already be  projected freely according to the artistic needs. In line with this reality, this text presents a brief introduction to the theme and presents three case studies on musical systems designed for real-time electroacoustic composition and performance using different gestural interfaces. The methodologies used in the creation of systems and compositions resulting from Just Walking for ReactMotion system, Tempo Translúcido for Kinect and multichannel sound projection system and Pendulun for computer and Theremini are commented and analyzed by the authors. A música realizada através de interfaces gestuais vem recebendo destaque nos últimos anos e trazendo novas possibilidades criativas para a comunidade musical. A utilização de sistemas desenvolvidos para interpretar gestos musicais através de interfaces gestuais já é uma realidade entre compositores contemporâneos. Os novos instrumentos já podem ser pensados e projetados livremente de acordo com as necessidades artísticas.  Em consonância com essa realidade este texto expõe uma breve introdução ao tema e apresenta três estudos de caso sobre sistemas musicais projetados para composição e performance eletroacústica em tempo real utilizando diferentes interfaces gestuais.
