Sumario:This study aimed to identify the offer of the Intellectual Property (IP) discipline in the Pedagogical Projects of Courses (PPC), as well as the period, workload and syllabi of the disciplines of Biotechnology courses at federal universities in Brazil. In this descriptive research, through document and content analysis, a search was made for PPC and syllabi on the pages of institutions that offer Biotechnology courses at federal universities in Brazil. In the analyzes carried out, it was found that subjects such as patents, entrepreneurship, management and creation of projects, as well as intellectual property itself, are mentioned more frequently in the analyzed menus.
