| Sumario: | The objective of the work was to determine the productivity and economical analysis in noble garlic submitted to the vernalization, in function of different doses of the formulation 5-25-15. The experiment was carried out in the Seção de Olericultura da Universidade Federal de Lavras. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, with 4 repetitions and 5 doses of the formulation of NPK 5-25-15 applied in the planting: 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 kg ha-1. The total operational cost in function of the dose that provided the largest productivity and accomplished the economical analysis in the period of April to September of 2009. The prices of the production items were quoted for the month of November of 2010, excepting him/it of the vegetable that was quoted in the month of the crop and they were transformed in real prices by the Índice Geral de Preços - Disponibilidade Interna (IGP-DI), for values in Real (R$) of November of 2010. The doses of 1523 and 1478 kg ha-1 the doses of NPK that provided larger answers in total and commercial productivity were, respectively. The percentage of secondary bulb growth increased lineally in function of the increase of the doses of the formulated. For a productivity of 8,79 t ha-1 the production costs were of R$ 18.544,32, with operational profit of R$ 49.929,78. Garlic-seed is the principal responsible for the expenses. Even in years of low productivity the culture is shown profitable due to the price in that the vegetable is. |
