| Sumario: | The objected of this work was to evaluate the response to different doses of calcium, magnesium and doses of siliciun in vernalized garlic originated from tissue culture. Two different experiments were conducted under field conditions at Lavras Federal University, during the period of 12/02/2008 to 23/08/2008. The tested cultivar was "Roxo Pérola de Caçador". Bulbs were obtained from meristems culture and submitted to the vernalization technique for 50 days at 4ºC. On the first experiment there were evaluated growth, development, commercial production, percentage of supersprung bulbs related to different calcium doses (0, 250, 500 e 750 kg ha-1) and magnesium (0, 50, 100 e 150 kg ha-1). On the second experiment, the same characteristics were evaluated according to different doses of siliciun (0, 200, 400, 600 e 800 kg ha-1).Interaction happened between calcium and magnesium. The calcium doses of 150 kg ha-1 and 500 kg ha-1 showed best commercial production average. Bulbs average mass answered as a linear rising when calcium doses were increased. The increasing doses of calcium silicate showed better commercial and total production, benefits for bulbs mass from 7 class and dry mass were observed. |
