Sumario:This article aims to present and to insert the results of two Master Theses in a discussion of effects of clinicpractices, to reinforce the clinic practice as an institution. The speech of Brazilian psychanalysts who identify themselves as Kleinian or Lacanian constituted the corpus of this investigation. In one of the studies the recognition of the concepts of transfer and interpretation was investigated, and in the other study the conceptions of analysis ending. The discourses (recorded and transcribed) of psychanalysts were analyzed using the Institutional Analysis of Discourse method. The results permitted to outline the position assigned to the patient, the theory and the professional in the clinical context. The results also indicated particularities and similarities between the two groups (Lacanian and Kleinian). It can be concluded that there exists a kind of anticipation of subjectivity designed by psychoanalytic theory.
