Sumario:In the following work, the process by which the writer Jorge Asís builds a figure as such will be investigated. It is interesting to analyze how a person who had very few general and specific capitals can insert himself in the literary field, thus becoming an agent. In addition, it should be highlighted the different moments through which he spent his trajectory in the countryside, and that he found him in the most diverse positions: from the most subordinate to a certain moment of building a hegemony to suffer the fall again. , without leaving any time to be a great player. We understand that this trajectory was possible through a project that Asís set up from the beginning as a writer and that constantly developed it through self-configuration and mythification. To continue our task, we think that the adoption of Pierre Bourdieu's theoretical perspective can provide good elements for the study.
