Resumo:This essay was based on the premise that broad access to justice and their inclusion in the list of fundamental guarantees of citizens, along with the consecration of a wide range of social and collective rights, has caused distress to litigate in Justice was magnified by the anguish of delay of justice. Thus, the focus of this article is to investigate to what extent the expansion of those rights and social guarantees meant that there was a considerable increase in the number of demands, making Brazil the most belligerent country in the world , with over processes and no deadline for the issues are resolved , although formally .
