Sumario:This article is the result of a qualitative research, with a descriptive analytical character, which aimed to investigate the initiatives in the induction process with beginning literacy teachers. With the analysis of the data, we found that although there is no systematic project or program aimed at receiving the beginning teachers. In addition, about the difficulties and challenges faced by the teacher, a crucial point in the literacy process involves the inclusion of students with disorders, with learning difficulties or with some disability.
