Descripción
Sumario:This essay analyses the fundamentation of morals in Jürgen Habermas Discourse Ethics. It states that Habermas Discourse Ethics fulfill the Iluminism project for rational morals, presenting the problem of fundamentation in terms of language philosophy, after the linguistic turn. In order to evolve the analysis of morals fundamentation in Jürgen Habermas, at a first part it researches the problems of discourse ethics in Hegels objections to Kantian moral philosophy, in Max Weber's challenge, in the devaluation of a methaphysic-religious basis, and in the inusfficiency of philosophy of conscience to the fundamentation of morals. At a second part it points out the theoretic mark, which Habermas states the fundamentals of a postmethaphysic world from. At a third and last part it properly researches Habermas fundamentals of moral, discussing the pragmatic concept of fundamentation, the formal fundamentation of the principle of universalization (U) and the contribution of the genealogical conception to the cognitiveness of morals.
