| Sumario: | In today's industry, production optimization requires effective control of machine downtime. Considering the example of a cell phone charger factory, where frequent stops due to equipment breakdowns occur, it is essential to implement a system that provides real-time data to support decision making. In this sense, this project addresses the problem of frequent machine stoppages in production lines, a major challenge for operational efficiency in modern industry. The research contextualizes the importance of a monitoring system capable of reducing downtime and optimizing production, with the central objective of developing a robust system that provides real-time data on machine status, enabling rapid intervention and preventive maintenance. To achieve this, methods including the implementation of intuitive dashboards and the analysis of key performance indicators such as MTBF and MTTR will be employed. This work is expected to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system, with a reduction in machine downtime and an overall improvement in operational efficiency, contributing to an increase in OEE, reflecting more stable and reliable production. |
