Sumario:This article seeks to analyze how the insertion of telework, established in the fourth article of Provisional Measure (MP) No. 927/20, during the Covid-19 Pandemic change life, health and the length of the worker's workday. It is exploratory research and qualitative analysis, carried out through theoretical-normative study, applying the technique of bibliographic and documentary research, to achieve the purpose of the research. Initially, an analysis is made of the emergence of the 4th Technological Revolution and the Covid-19 Pandemic. Then, the use of telework during Pandemic is analyzed. Subsequently, the effects of telework on the worker's life and health are discussed. In the end, it is argued that the use of telework violates the fundamental rights provided for in the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil (CRFB / 88) and in the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
