Descripción
Sumario:The objective of this study was to analyze the debt level of active servants, retirees and pensioners from the State of Ceará Government’s Executive Branch with payroll-deductible loans, in March 2019. This is an important theme, as payroll borrowing is becoming more common by the population, due to the lowest interest rates on the market and ease of access. Thus, a Logit predictive qualitative response model was assessed, where it was initially expected to identify distinctive features of the State Government's servants / beneficiaries and what lead them to take on debt through payroll loans, thus, the results determine that it is younger servants / beneficiaries, married, male and active bonded servants who tend to have higher indebtedness through payroll loans.
