| Sumario: | The objective of this work is to systematize and analyze data available for the National Program of School Feeding (FNDE) on the acquisitions of organics for school feeding in the Brazilian municipalities between 2014 and 2016. Initially it should be noted that PNAE is considered one of the main public policies for the promotion of Food and Nutrition Seguraça no Brasil and alternative canais instrument that prioritizes or food supply oriented towards reconnection between school feeding and family farming. Ressalta-se in the absence of studies that discuss the insertion of organic foods in Brazilian school feeding and given available resources, or that enriches systematization and analysis intended in this study. In this sense, buscou-se, mainly systematize the raw data available for FNDE hair (given aquisições of food PNAE hair and two values transferred to Brazilian municipalities) and hair Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply - MAP (data relating to producers of registered organic) ). The results show that a market that has evolved in relation to food from family farming like everything else, but that it is explored when organic food is analyzed, in addition to a number of certified producers to meet the growing demand for Saudi food for school feeding. In relation to organic foods, a baixa aquisição is overhauled, exceeding abaixo values of 3% of total purchases not Brazil. Outrossim, has concentrated aquisições em some groups of organic food, such as fruits and derivatives, vegetables and derivatives and cereais and derivatives. In the South, Southeast and Northeast regions, the acquisitions of organic food stand out, and certified farmers are concentrated in the South, Southeast and Northeast regions. On the other hand, or work can contribute with information for research novices, and to analyze the program, serving as an arcabouço to rethink strategies of implementation of the Brazilian municipal program. |
