Sumario:Entrepreneur is the one who makes the decision to materialize an entrepreneurial project and provide a service or offer a product. The objective of this research was to investigate how resilient some celayense enterprises were in the food business in their reopening during the Covid-19 pandemic in the 2020-2022 period. This study was developed under a qualitative methodology as a case study and the tool used for data collection was the interview, questions were asked that allowed capturing important information and generated a great contribution to the investigation. The results obtained demonstrate the resistance and perseverance of the entrepreneurs in reopening their business despite the decrease in their sales and the loss of clients; using some new strategies and others based on their experience such as: home deliveries, seeking financing with family members, implementing biosecurity measures, among others.
