The research, with a qualitative approach and bibliographic-documental nature, is supported by academic productions and offical Brazilian documents. The analyzes show transformation in the normative apparatus of training and indicative that the program on screen can produce a narrouwing of the curriculum that distances itself from the complexity of the training processes and the experiences of future teachers. En el curso histórico del curso de Pedagogía y en el conjunto de sus desafíos, este artículo discute la dimensión formativa de la pasantía supervisada y cuestiona la capacitación inicial en el contexto del Programa de Residencia Pedagógica y el Programa Institucional para Becas de Iniciación Docente (Pibid). La investigación, con un enfoque cualitativo y naturaleza bibliográfica-documental, está respaldada por producciones académicas y documentos oficiales brasileños. Los análisis muestran transformaciones en el aparato normativo de la formación e indican que los programas en pantalla pueden producir un estrechamiento del plan de estudios que se distancia de la complejidad de los procesos de formación y las experiencias de los futuros docentes.No percurso histórico do curso de Pedagogia e no conjunto de seus desafios, este artigo discute a dimensão formativa do estágio supervisionado e problematiza a formação inicial no contexto do Programa de Residência Pedagógica e do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (Pibid). A pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e de cunho bibliográfico-documental, tem como aportes produções acadêmicas e documentos oficiais brasileiros.
