| Resumo: | This article confronts the challenges that teachers of Basic Education are dealing with in this 21st century, with the training that teacher’s currently have in Portugal, as a result of the adaptation to the Bologna Process. In this sense, the teachers’ training model, set up after 2006, is characterized through the opinions of teacher trainers by analyzing the possibilities that it offers for students, future teachers, to socialize with situations that prepare them to face the challenges that arise in their profession. |
