| Sumario: | The thesis discussed a Teacher Training that would promote the development of skills for working with Maker Education, under the influence of the Maker Movement. The research data came from a field study carried out between 2015 and 2019, in the Fab Lab Livre Program in São Paulo, and also from immersions in educational Makers spaces, in the North American States of New York and California, provided by a sandwich doctoral internship at Stanford University. Formulating new teaching competencies, necessary for the educational and maker practice, the research concludes indicating ways for a new Teacher Formation that corroborates to recover the pedagogical use of contemporary technological elements in the development of a transformative praxis.
