| Sumario: | The present article to argue the abandonment relationship that was constructed with the archaeological collections, specifically with the archaeological collection at the Museum Dom Avelar Brandão Vilela. As well as demonstrating that archaeological collections at the museums have can scientific research. For this it searched to know the process formative of this collection and considered the inventory of the same one searching to raise its informative potential. With this it was possible to perceive that the information contained in the objects that this collection composes can bring contributions in diverse fields of archaeology. |
