Sumario:The objective of this research was to investigate the profile and behavior of scientific production on the term of “Mindset” in Brazilian academia from the perspective of social network analysis. Methodologically, sociometry was used in 60 articles identified on the objective term of analysis. The main findings were: trend of the term growth mindset in Brazilian academia; Internext was the most central journal; Marindia Brachak dos Santos, Germano Glufke Reis, Frederico Leocádio Ferreira, Carlos Alberto Gonçalves and Hélio Arthur Reis Irigaray were the most central researchers; FGV (RJ), FGV (SP), UFSM, UNIGRANRIO, FUCAPE, USP, UFMG, UFRGS, UNIOESTE and UFV were the most central institutions; entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneur, innovation, internationalization, entrepreneurship, growth mindset, administration, sustainability, mindset, global mindset and global mindset were the most central keywords. Regarding the social networks of the authors and their respective institutions, both were measured with low density, thus impacting the information and knowledge flow about the term mindset in Brazilian academia from the perspective of journals indexed in SPELL. In a macro way, this study concludes by highlighting the term “Mindset” from the perspective of social networks, investigating the structure and formation of the networks of the actors involved in the process of construction and creation of scientific value regarding the highlighted theme, thus contributing to its better understanding and, concomitantly, comprehension, consequently influencing its evolution in the academic literature of Brazil.
