| Sumario: | The birth of a child brings the transition to parenthood occurs and, simultaneously, the grandparents start on a new transition, the transition to grandparenthood. To systematize the state of art, it was done a integrative review of literature, in electronic databases in order to answer the question "How is experienced the transition to the Grand-parenting?".
