It adopts as a fundamental hypothesis that the regulatory framework of the sector must be linked by the values and the protection of fundamental rights. It highlights the problems of intelligence transfer and system reliability. Describes the essential requirements for proper artificial intelligence setup. It concludes that, while the role of the market in innovation is important, the regulation of artificial intelligence within the framework of the European Union must take people into account. |
