Sumario:The article deals with the subject of artificial intelligence in the context of the transformation of human relationships. It addresses the European Union regulation on the subject. It adopts as a fundamental hypothesis that the regulatory framework of the sector must be linked by the values and the protection of fundamental rights. It highlights the problems of intelligence transfer and system reliability. Describes the essential requirements for proper artificial intelligence setup. It concludes that, while the role of the market in innovation is important, the regulation of artificial intelligence within the framework of the European Union must take people into account.
