| Resumo: | The article presents an analysis of the work of app delivery people in Belém-Pará. It was based on data obtained from an empirical research carried out with 20 (twenty) app delivery people in the aforementioned municipality. It shows that this formof work is expanding in Belém-Pará, due to the Amazon being included in the international division of labor as an exporter of commodities, which does not enhance the generation of jobs, as well as the fact that the structural crisis of capital imposesprofound transformations in work relations with the use of new technologies. It therefore considers that the city of BelémPará constitutes fertile soil for the expansion of uberized work, given that the Amazon region has been characterized as a place for plundering its natural resources and exploiting its workforce, with unstable and unsafe work indicators. |
