| Resumo: | This article presents an exploratory/descriptive qualitative study on the perceptions of faculty and students regarding the integration of ethnic-racial education into the medical school curriculum. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews, and the collected data were interpreted and analyzed using Laurence Bardin's Categorical Content Analysis methodology. The study's results reveal the presence of forces driving changes in addressing racial issues, but in practice, these changes have yet to effectively translate into a transformative force. |
