| Sumario: | In the first decade of the 21st century, some changes occurred in the international order, showing a phenomenon of diffusion of global power. The Asian country has deployed a series of 'outside borders' actions and its presence in the Global South has grown over time. Although the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa are not crucial in its expansion strategy, they have gained priority in the design of its foreign policy and are presented as one of its action scenarios in the dispute for global leadership. Likewise, the technological dimension gained undisputed prominence within the framework of the Revolution 5.0 and the global hegemonic transition. Sub-Saharan Africa in general and Kenya in particular account for this process in which technological infrastructure projects highlight the Asian presence on the continent. |
