Descripción
Sumario:This article starts from the characterization of philosophy as migration and deterritorialization, having as a guiding thread the concept of democracy. To this end, a non-exhaustive propaedeutic of the concept was carried out showing the semantic plurivocity acquired at different moments in the history of philosophy. After the criticism of Norberto Bobbio’s concept of liberal democracy, the possibility opens up to think about democracy based on Roberto Esposito’s analysis. However, Roberto Esposito’s thesis that the community is an absence, a lack, nothing at all, allows us to think democracy, at least in the first phase of the Italian philosopher’s thought, is also characterized by this lack, but at the same time it is precisely in it that lies its possibility of manifesting itself as a democracy to come.
