| Sumario: | The research was carried out to study retirement for retirement, given the analysis of the pension reform for retirement, given the decision to establish itself with the evaluation of the work and planning of university students. Based on the results, it was possible to identify the expectation with the profession and the o for the disclosure in which he was designated for the hiring. The choice of profession is linked to a capacity for employability and thus being financially successful. Therefore, the secondary form must be planned, thus generating greater security for financial conditions in the future to meet its needs. |
